Ezivend Screenshots - Administration

From this screen, we can add and update customer details to the EziVend system. We can also view the customers transaction history, or create a new rental transaction.

The titles screen is where we can add or update the master title information, including details such as Director, Actors, Movie Overview, Duration.

After the master title information in entered, we can now add stock for that title. This is done via the products screen, where we add the products barcode, how long it will remain a new release, and its format. Adding multiple copies of a title done simply by clicking New, whereby the current settings are copied and incremented for the new stock.

Used for the shop module, the rental screen is where we enter transactions done over the counter. Using the customers membership card or by manually entering details, we can now simply scan the barcodes of the products to rented or bought. This screenshot shows a warning for a customer that has previously outstanding amounts owing.
